Here’s How It Works:

• Once you purchase one of our certified pre-owned devices, we will service it and conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it’s ready for you and your staff when it arrives at your office.

• After passing our rigorous inspection, the device will be picked up by a professional crating team. Each device is securely crated in a custom, medical-grade wood crate (heat-treated for international buyers) specifically designed for the equipment you purchased. Inside the crate, we include braces and supports to prevent any movement during shipping. The crating process typically takes 5-10 business days, so we appreciate your patience as we finalize everything.

• Once our shipping team picks up the crate from our facility, your device will be on its way! We provide full insurance on all shipments, so you can rest easy knowing you’re covered in case anything happens during transit.
